Spingranny Responsible Gambling
Gambling is entertainment. It works best when it stays that way, and this page sets out the specific tools available to you, the external organisations that offer free support, and how to reach us directly. Spingranny operates under a licence issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros (licence ALSI-202408027-FI2, held by Ceshiroza SRL).
Our commitment
Spingranny is licensed by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and operates under the compliance obligations that licence carries. Minimum age for all play is 19 in most provinces (18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec), and we may request proof of age at any point. Our self-exclusion, deposit limits, and gambling limits are built into the account and do not require a support request to activate.
Tools available
Several controls sit directly inside your account and take effect without contacting support.
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap from the personal settings section of the cashier. Reductions apply immediately; increases take a cooling-off period before they come into force.
- Gambling limits: found under the Gambling Limits section of your account, these let you restrict account access for defined periods, functioning as a cool-off or time-out.
- Self-exclusion: available from the Self-Exclusion section of your profile. Triggering it closes and blocks the account immediately. After exclusion, we make reasonable efforts to prevent a new account being opened under the same details.
- Session and loss controls: access-period restrictions are set in the same Gambling Limits area, letting you cap how long or how much you play in a given stretch.
One documented limitation: deposit limits cannot currently be enforced on cryptocurrency deposits. If you use crypto and want a hard cap, contact our support team directly.
Signs to watch for
Certain patterns can indicate that gambling has moved outside its intended role.
- Chasing losses by placing further bets to recover money already lost
- Spending more time or money gambling than you planned
- Gambling affecting time with family, friends, or work
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gambling
- Hiding gambling activity from people close to you
If any of these apply, the tools above and the organisations below are a practical starting point.
